Please join us in welcoming Chris White to Booktenders to celebrate the release of his new book! Chris is a History professor at Marshall University and is the author of 4 books, in addition to coediting this volume with Kevin Barksdale. Appalachian Epidemics: From Smallpox to Covid-19 brings together scholars from 8 disciplines to explain the many ways in which Appalachians have dealt with epidemics in the past, leading to Covid-19.
