DESCRIPTION:Book editor and publisher John Patrick Grace will host a series of talks and a panel discussion on aspects of writing a novel. The symposium will consist of Saturday sessions on genres and points of view (led by John Patrick Grace)\, on research and writing fiction from real life experiences (Carter Taylor Seaton)\, on outlining a narrative flow (Eliot Parker)\, and on character development (Sheila Redling). Sunday’s session will see a panel discussion on creating tone through language. This symposium is hosted by Publisher’s Place\, a 501-c-3 not for profit regional publisher of 23 years standing. $45 in advance adn $55 at the door.
