The Cabell County Public Library’s annual Gala is our primary outreach fundraiser. The library can be scary after hours so make sure you are prepared to dance the night away in your costume or cocktail attire of choice. This fabulous evening will feature great food drinks a live DJ dancing entertainment and decorations to die for.
