SUMMARY:Vespers of Minerva
DESCRIPTION:Before we bid farewell to Ceram Sam Arts at RenewAll’s Pop-Up space\, we invite you to immerse yourself in an extraordinary exhibition where devotion intertwines with the powerful imagery of Minerva\, the goddess of wisdom\, arts\, and strategic warfare. This exhibit breathes life into Renaissance ideals of intellectual and spiritual reverence\, presenting Minerva as a beacon of enlightened devotion. The gallery’s works are inspired by classical Renaissance art\, where the artist is depicted in fervent acts of study and creation under her watchful eye.\nArtist’s Invitation: “This exhibition is my homage to artistic devotion—a cornerstone that propels me forward in my career. I invite you to reflect on your own devotions as you explore this confluence of Greek mythology and Renaissance artistry.” – Samantha Taylor\nAbout the Artist: Samantha Taylor\, a talented artist hailing from the picturesque landscapes of Appalachia\, channels her profound connection to nature and human experience into evocative oil paintings and intricate ceramics. Her work celebrates the vibrant flora\, rolling hills\, and rich cultural heritage of her homeland\, bridging the gap between personal and communal stories.\nSamantha has been utilizing RenewAll’s Pop-Up West Program since November\, and her journey with RenewAll ends in March\, but her entrepreneurial adventure is just beginning! Celebrate her accomplishments thus far at her final event in the space!\n Free Admission |  Meet the Artist\nDon’t miss this inspiring evening of art\, mythology\, and reflection as we celebrate Samantha’s artistic journey in this memorable space one last time.\nFollow Ceram Sam on Facebook for updates\, sneak peeks\, and reminders!

SUMMARY:Women's History Month Celebration
DESCRIPTION: The City of Huntington is celebrating Women’s History Month with a downtown street banner program that will honor 90 women who have ties to Huntington and who have made significant contributions on a city\, state or national level. The banners\, which will be installed on 3rd Avenue and 4th Avenue in early March\, coincide with the launch of a website\, www.huntingtonwomenshistory.com\, that includes photos and biographies of each woman who is featured on a street banner. \n\nMayor Farrell looks forward to attending the ceremony to celebrate the launch of the banner program\, joining the honorees\, the selection committee\, and all those involved. The event will take place at 1 p.m. on Saturday\, March 1\, at the Jean Carlo Stephenson Auditorium at City Hall\, 800 5th Ave\, and is open to the public. \n“Huntington has always been shaped by strong\, determined women who stepped up\, led\, and made a real difference. This banner program honors their legacy\, ensuring their stories are remembered. Bridging two  administrations\, it shows that celebrating these women isn’t about politics—it’s about sharing the stories that make our city great. Their impact is woven into Huntington\, and this effort ensures future generations know the shoulders they stand on.” \n\nFormer Mayor Steve Williams began work on the Women’s History Month street banner program in April 2024. The work has continued and has received strong support from Mayor Farrell. A diverse committee of nine women volunteered in April of last year to select the 90 women in September who would be honored with banners. SUMMARY:Drew Lynch at The Paramount
DESCRIPTION:Comedian and actor Drew Lynch captured the hearts of America with his Golden Buzzer performance on Season 10 of America’s Got Talent (NBC)\, where he finished in second place. It wasn’t long after a Traumatic Brain Injury at age 20 sparked a passion for stand-up in a self-deprecating light\, that Drew found himself using comedy to restore faith in himself and rehabilitate his quality of life. Since then\, Drew has amassed millions of followers on social media while touring the world nonstop to sold out audiences.
