DESCRIPTION:Join the Cabell County Fair on Rt 60 in Milton for the fair parade. Rain or shine the event will go on. This year’s theme is “Moovin & Groovin”\nThe fair parade will take place at 2 p.m. Sunday and will go down Main Street (U.S. 60) in Milton\, beginning at the fairgrounds. Floats will throw candy for children watching. \nThe parade fair will kick off a week of entertainment with the fair running at Pumpkin Park in Milton.\nGates open at 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and at 11 a.m. Saturday.

DESCRIPTION:YesterYear is such a hot rock and roll oldies show they have to have their concert at the fire department. On Saturday\, May 4\, head over to the Milton VFD Community Center where the veteran group is bringing its road-tested rock ‘n’ roll oldies show to the stage. Admission is $10\, $5 for children 6 to 12\, and free for kids 5 and under\, to see the group that has headlined fairs and festivals around the region. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the concert begins at 7 p.m. The VFD concession stand will have hamburgers\, hotdogs\, chicken sandwiches\, fries\, onion rings and even homemade pies.
