Alchemy Theatre hosts Kids Theatre Intensive Workshop

Alchemy Theatre is happy to announce our first Theatre Intensive Workshop the week of June 19-23 from 1-4pm daily.

Students can expect to learn history from the time of Shakespeare and Commedia dell’Arte to modern scene work with partners. Learn how to choose an appropriate monologue, enact good theatre etiquette, and express physicality with classic poetry. Their efforts will culminate in a showcase on June 24th. The teachers for our intensive include Jocelyn Jasko (Little Women) and Jacob Smith, teaching theatre director at Spring Valley High School.
