Ben Parker’s Teenage Strangler was vastly ahead of its time; this comedy/horror whodunnit, inspired by Psycho & Rebel Without a Cause, was produced almost 15 years before John Carpenter’s Halloween (1978).
It was featured on Mystery Science Theater 3000, screened for decades at an Italian film festival, recently a punk-rock band from the UK has produced 2 studio albums based on the film!
