The Jason Molina Story with Live Music at The Foundry

Family, friends, and his earliest bandmates explore Molina’s formative years through memory, laughter, and loss.

The film is a Gen X celebration of  lo-fi youth, Ohio and Appalachian landscapes, and the working-class ethos that inspired Jason’s singular artistic talent. 

The event begins at 5:30 with a tribute show featuring Tucker Riggleman, William Matheny, Carl Raponi, Todd Jacops, and Dave Straub. This is more than a screening – t’s a night built around the music and the community it continues to inspire. 

Following the film, head over to The Loud for after party and Spineriders show, where they’ll bring the punk rock DIY spirit that led to the formation of Songs: Ohia.
