A Challenging semi-private 18 hole course along the Ohio River appearing to be very simple and easy to score low, however many penalties awaiting the weary golfer. Using a driver and wedge format to using hybrid / irons and working on longer regulation green shots. One can challenge themselves to any level according to the improvements needed in their game. You still have to hit the ball straight, on the green in regulation, or be able to get up and down to maintain a good score. Known from most Golfers in the Tri-State area for the Toughest Par 3, #16, along the Ohio River, playing 216 from the blue tees, 206 from the white tees. We have some drivable par4's on the back that long hitters try and take advantage of, usually ending up left with penalties or to the right bringing in trees and tougher regulation shots causing more bogeys than pars. We offer a restaurant with dining area preparing home-cooked meals, burgers, dogs. From the tips it's 5766 yards long, the reds is 4795 yards long. Always call for weather conditions at Riviera for we do NOT get the rain that most around us get. Currently, we offer covered & heated carts for those colder days to help stay warm.
