Set in Paris, this very funny, very poignant story revolves around three friends—Serge, Marc and Yvan—who find their previously solid 15-year friendship on shaky ground when Serge buys an expensive painting. Their relationship suffers considerable strain as a result of their differing opinions about what constitutes “art”.
This is the final show of Alchemy’s 2019 season, and we’re going out with a bang! There will only be 3 performances of this show that won the 1997 Olivier Award for Best Comedy and the 1998 Tony Award & 1998 NY Drama Critics’ Circle Award for Best Play! Get your tickets now! Space is limited!
The show has a pay-what-you-can Preview on Thursday, December 19 at 8PM and then opens Friday, December 20 at 8PM (stay after and enjoy a champagne toast with the cast and crew!) and then has its final bow on Saturday, December 21 at 8PM.
