Based on a Book Club – Banned Books Edition

Summer break is over, and Based on a Book … Club is BACK!
Our September meeting will be held on Thursday, September 21, at 6:30 p.m.
We will be discussing Judy Blume’s classic, ‘Are You There God? It’s Me, Margaret’ in honor of the upcoming Banned Books Week. Limited copies will be available for purchase at the store. You can also support us by ordering through bookshop.org/shop/cicada. We also recommend requesting through the local library system!
The movie is available to rent via most streaming services or purchase.
