Beech Fork Friday Fun

Beech Fork State Park offers some of the best recreational opportunities in West Virginia’s southwestern region. Visitors to this 3,144-acre park can hike in the hills, watch birds, fish or take a boat out on Beech Fork Lake.
6pm Tie Dye! Pick up a t-shirt at the camp store (or bring your own) and meet the Naturalist behind the headquarters building to tie dye your shirt. You can also bring bandanas, shoes, hats, etc.! Beech Fork shirts are in the store for $10 plus tax. If you bring your own items the activity costs $3 dollars to cover the cost of materials.
9pm Full Moon Moths! – It’s National Moth Week! Meet the Naturalist at the Four Coves bath house where he’ll set up a moth attractor. We’ll look at these beautiful night-time critters and take great pictures. YPP
