Build a Romance Writing Workshop

Have you ever wanted to write a romance novel but have no idea where to start?

Are you afraid you don’t have the imagination or creativity to create a believable love story?

Join us for Building a Romance with Story Magic Cards!

This is a high energy, low stakes, mildly chaotic way to learn the ins and outs of romance novels. All you need is something to write with and an open mind. The cards will do the rest. You’ll learn to create complex characters, compelling chemistry and complications, and stars-in-your-eyes Happily Ever Afters. Even if you’ve never put pen to paper before, you will surprise yourself with the stories these cards can unlock. What do you have to lose?

This event is free to all ages (recommended 14+) and open to the public on the 3rd Floor of the downtown branch of the Cabell County Public Library.
