Come join us for a celebration dinner with Carol Shelton herself as we feature her outstanding wines paired with dishes inspired by Carol’s favorite pairings!

1st Course: Thai Spiced Sushi Grade Tuna with Mango-Ginger Sauce paired with Wild Thing Viognier
2nd Course: Walnut Crusted Fromage D’Affinois Cheese paired with Coquille Blanc Blend
3rd Course: Wild Mushroom, Sundried Tomato, and Parmesan Risotto paired with Coquille Rouge Blend
4th Course: Pistachio Crusted Duck, Pomegranate Reduction and Mascarpone Polenta paired with Monga Zinfandel
5th Course: Grilled Pork Tenderloin, Maytag Blue Cheese, Baby Potatoes, and Cherry Red Wine Sauce
6th Course: Flourless Chocolate Almond Torte with Raspberries and Crème Fraîche paired with Black Magic Late Harvest Zinfandel

Reservations are $97 per person (gratuity included). 2 oz of wine served with each course. Additional 2 oz pour per course $28 (paid at dinner). Reservations can be purchased in person at Sip or via Eventbrite.
