Culture Storm at FOLK LIFE

FreeThe funky new shop Folk Life, creative oddities, located at 701 14th St. W., Huntington, will host the one-day arts and crafts traveling show, Huntington Culture Storm, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18. DJ Feminasty will be cranking out the jams to complete the shopping experience.
Folk Life which features in-house made T-shirts and apparel, as well as art, crafts and music, hosts Zac White, founder of Huntington Culture Storm, and about a dozen area artists and crafters who will be selling their wares in the shop, as well as on the sidewalk and next door as well.
Artists at the event include Charlie Haggard, Derek Woods, Arwen Romanoff, Raine Klover, Travis Ooten, Todd Frazer, Robbie Poore, Neva Dodrill, Ashley Waldroop, Michelle Tyler, MU Print Club, MU Ceramic Club, Dane Blankenship, Amanda Winters and Zac White.
White said he is stoked that the Culture Storm will be spread out on the street as well as the neighboring building, which is unoccupied.
