Hard Cider Tasting & Pairing with Hawk Knob

Excited to share with our guests Hawk Knob Appalachian Hard Cider! Proud to be West Virginia’s first cidery, offering dry aged meads and traditional dry ciders. They are passionate and dedicated to producing locally farmed and truly unique artisanal beverages that “harken back to a time when quality mattered.” They believe you’ll taste the difference and we request your participation in helping us choose the top 2 out of the 5 Hard Ciders they will be featuring. Each of the 5 Ciders will have a food pairing and a rate card. Here at The Venetian Estate, we value quality, we value our guests and their tastes. As the autumn chill sets in we are inspired by the flavors that come with the season changing and your input will influence what Ciders we choose to carry this fall and winter. $25 per guest.
