Free workshop! Learn how to plan a productive home garden at our in-person workshop series, beginning this March.

Join Refresh Appalachia + Cabell County Master Gardeners for our Home Garden Workshop Series. In this interactive workshop (1 of 4), our expert gardeners will guide you through the essential steps of garden planning. From understanding your soil type and sunlight requirements to choosing the right plants and creating a layout, you’ll gain valuable insights and practical knowledge to reach your goals and achieve your vision.
These classes are free and drop-in friendly, but we’d love to see you learn with us all growing season!
We will have planning supplies, hand tools, and free vegetable starts, as well as a seed-starting station and access to our large seed bank. There will be time & space for learning, questions, goal-setting, independent work, and skill-sharing.
