KidsFest – Inaugural Cardboard Boat Regatta

The June Harless Center is hosting the inaugural cardboard boat race. Participants in this event will learn and utilize the engineering design process and other STEAM skillsets to design, build, and race a boat entirely out of cardboard and duct tape.”
Join us for a day filled with problem solving, teamwork, and summer fun as teams of three build and navigate their epic cardboard creations across the MU Rec Center pool.
All materials will be provided.
Cost: optional donation (in the amount of your choice) to Huntington Children’s Museum.
Age: students entering 3rd-6th grade for upcoming 2022-2023 school year.
