Library Gala: Footprints of Greece

$200The 2019 Cabell County Public Library Gala is held on Saturday, March 23, the evening will be filled with fun, great entertainment, wonderful food and wine.
Each year since 2002, the library has held a fundraising gala featuring food and entertainment from a foreign country. This year’s event, “Footprints of Greece,” salutes Greece.
The setting for the 2019 Gala will be the Don Morris Room at the Marshall University Student Center, with a reception at 6:30 p.m. and a five-course gourmet dinner at 7 p.m.
Entertainment for the evening will include Lazaros, a musical group from Cincinnati and dancers from St. George Greek Orthodox Church.

The menu will, of course, feature traditional Greek fare, with an appropriate wine accompanying each course.
Tickets for the Gala are $200 per person, with corporate tables encouraged. Proceeds from this year’s Gala will go to help build a new Barboursville Library.
