Join the MU African Drum & Dance Ensemble Friday April 27th at 5:00pm for a FREE evening performance! The ensemble, led by Steve Hall and featuring choreography by guest artist Jessica Lynn Fox, will feature a live performance showcasing both traditional West African Dance (Tokwe, Gahu & Bamaya) and the premiere of an African Contemporary work: “Moving in Community”.
This performance features live drumming, dancing, and educational aspects of African Dance and Culture. Perfect for families, movement, and music lovers!
