Robotics: The Evolution of Automation in Manufacturing

The next installment in RCBI’s series of Industry 4.0 seminars on technology in today’s industrial sector is Robotics: The Evolution of Automation. The seminar takes place Wednesday, May 22, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at RCBI Huntington.
National experts Rob Goldiez, founder and CEO of Hirebotics; Jay Douglass, COO of Advanced Robotics for Manufacturing; and Gary Daniels, with Amtek Company, Inc. will share information on innovative robotics in manufacturing, how to hire a robot and operator certifications for newer robot models. In addition, Bill Gardner, Marshall University professor of digital forensics and information assurance, will share the importance of cybersecurity in protecting robotics and automation.
