The Zonta Club of Huntington (now forming) is hosting an interactive class focused on personal safety, awareness and practical self-defense techniques for women and girls ages 12 and up

Ashley Elkins, CONTACT Rape Crisis Center will teach participants how to
• Learn to recognize and avoid dangerous situations
• -Build confidence through awareness and preparedness
• -Practice simple, effective self-defense moves
