The Joy of Fermentation

Join Chuks WV as we discuss the origins of fermented foods, as well as the many health benefits that fermentation provides. We will be demonstrating the basic techniques of fermenting your own veggies and other foods by way of hands on preparation. The class will end with a Q&A session, so bring those questions! Chuks will ask for donations that will in turn be used to keep the venue up and running!
