The Sounds of the Big Bands

Ceredo-Kenova Alumni Band will present their annual “Big Band” concert. Quite possibly the best of the concerts presented by this outstanding group of dedicated musicians, this play list captures the sounds of that by-gone era when the likes of Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Tommy Dorsey, Count Basie, Duke Ellington and Louie Armstrong filled the airways and gave us this unforgettable, ageless sounds that we still enjoy today.
The concert will be held at the Ceredo Wellness Center (former Ceredo Elementary School). Seating will be provided in this air conditioned and spacious venue. Parking is plentiful adjacent to the site and admission is FREE. There is no better way to spend a late August Sunday afternoon than enjoying the sounds and recalling the memories of these great bands. Ceredo Wellness Center for a walk down memory lane.
