WV Makes Festival

The WV Makes Festival returns Oct. 24 to the Huntington campus of Marshall University. Demonstrate your creations, compete for prizes, offer hands-on making activities. It’s fun, inspiring and free.
Show us what you make, West Virginia! Mark your calendars and join us as the West Virginia Makes Festival showcases Mountain State creativity and ingenuity. Now in its 12th year, the festival provides an opportunity for makers of all types and ages to exhibit their creations while competing for cash and other prizes. Don’t miss our celebration of creativity and ingenuity in all forms, as the event features interactive displays, hands-on making activities, and live music. The 2025 West Virginia Makes Festival, presented by the Marshall Advanced Manufacturing Center, will take place on the campus of Marshall University.
