Chef Devyn will lead a live cooking demonstration featuring local apples from Fuhrmann Orchards, sharing simple techniques and creative ways to turn this seasonal favorite into delicious dishes. We’ll explore everything from classic preparations to fresh ideas that highlight the natural sweetness and versatility of apples.
Participants will discover the journey of apples from orchard to table, learn how to select and store fresh apples, and explore the different varieties grown right here in our region. We’ll also talk about seasonal sourcing and the important role local orchards and farmers play in our communities.
