Autumn Wine Dinner featuring guest Chef Paul Newman

We are thrilled to have guest Chef Paul Newman in the kitchen just for you. He is a native of the Tri-State area and is currently the Resort Executive Chef at the Marriott Resort Virginia Beach.

1st course Mushroom and Asparagus Salad
Caramelized Mushrooms and Shave Asparagus Salad served with Poached Quail Eggs and Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette

2nd course Autumn Soup

3rd course Lobster and Crab Gnocchi
Lobster Tail and Crab Meat, Roasted Red and Yellow Tomatoes, Smoked Gouda Mornay Sauce, Potato Gnocchi, Garnished with Micro Basil.

4th course Smoked Bone In-Short Rib
14 hour Smoked Bone in Short Rib with Cognac Demi-Glace paired with a Colorful array of Root Vegetable Purees (Parsnip, Carrot, Yellow Carrot, Purple Sweet Potato, Sweet Potato)

5th course Chocolate Truffles

$50 deposit (non-refundable) to reserve, remaining balance due at the dinner
