Become a Sourdough Master by the Holidays

Sourdough Bread Baking is the most magical way of making bread. It is the process of mixing wild yeast with basic ingredients like flour, water and salt and creating loafs packed with flavor and nutrition!
Join us, here at Wholi Moli, in Barboursville, WV for all the details and fundamentals required for you to begin mastering delicious Sourdough Breads at home!
Jeanette Tourville, will allow you to confidently learn and understand concepts like dough temperature, dough percentage, role of yeast, fermentation process etc and apply them to craft your own skills.
Sourdough starters will be sold, first come, first serve.

*As always donations, for our teacher, will be taken up at the end of class, to thank her for generously sharing her skills set with us
