In this interactive tasting, led by Mike McCarthy CSW, we’ll break down Bordeaux blends into their individual components—sampling wines made from Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, Merlot, and more—before tasting the finished blend. It’s a chance to train your palate, spot familiar flavors, and discover what blending adds that no single grape can achieve on its own. You might be surprised by what you find in the glass.
