Chef Joe will lead the live cooking demo, guiding participants through simple, chef-level techniques for prepping, slicing, and cooking cabbage in delicious, approachable ways—from tender and savory to crisp and fresh.

Chef Devyn, our Farmer Liaison and seasonal produce expert, will walk you through the cabbage family—from green and red cabbage to napa and savoy. You’ll learn how to choose the freshest heads, store them properly, and explore how texture and flavor transform with different cooking methods.

Miss Leah, our Registered Dietitian, will share the nutritional benefits of cabbage, including how it supports digestion, gut health, and immune function—and easy ways to incorporate it into balanced, family-friendly meals.
