Chair Yoga at West Edge

Come join us at West Edge for a relaxing and rejuvenating session of Chair Yoga.
This event is perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, Chair Yoga offers a gentle way to improve flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.
Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of poses and breathing exercises, all while seated comfortably in a chair. No need to get down on the floor for this one! Grab a friend and come de-stress with us!
This weekly series is on Mondays through the end of 2025. Starting on January 6, 2026, it will be held on Tuesdays.
This is a free class, but donations from those who are able are welcome and go to the class facilitator.
