Overstimuli: Senior Capstone Exhibition Reception

Marshall University School of Art & Design presents the Spring 2026 Capstone Exhibition Season, a series of exhibitions showcasing the culmination of skills and ideas gathered by two groups of graduating students in the School of Art & Design.
The second exhibition, Overstimuli, is hosted by artists Sophia Gillispie, Lincoln Horn, Alana Muncy-Morris, Kaleigh Riddle and Maggie Robinson. Overstimuli features projection mapping, videos, paintings and sculptures.
Overstimuli will be on view April 20 – 23, 2026 with a reception and gallery talk on Monday, April 20 from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Charles W. & Norma C. Caroll Gallery and the Pneumatic Gallery, located on the first floor of the Visual Arts Center at 927 Third Ave., Huntington, WV.
Students spend a year planning, developing, and installing the artwork while preparing the receptions and gallery talks. Senior Capstone Exhibitions celebrate the end of their students in the School of Art & Design and act as their first professional exhibition.
Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Admission to the gallery and all events are free and open to the public.
