Story Walk Ribbon Cutting

EVERYONE IS INVITED TO THIS SPECIAL EVENT! We’re adding the book LITTLE RED AND BIG, BAD FRED to our Story Walk this week and the author, Ashley Belote, is going to be there to help us kick-off Mountain Readers Become Leaders week which is October 5-9. Cabell County elementary students will all get a visit from a local celebrity reader, as well as a costume character. Each class will receive a free copy of Belote’s book. We hope to see you at Ritter Park at 10am for the ribbon cutting. Look for us at the Story Walk located by the playground. We’d like to give a special shout out to Cabell County Schools and West Virginia Public Broadcasting for including us in this event and for Headline Books for all they have done to make it possible
