BDY Restorative Yoga Pop up

Join Lisa Lucas on Sunday, August 10 for a special members only Restorative Yoga pop-up class in Barboursville (3677 US Rt. 60 East, Suite 8) at 5 p.m.
This class will be centered around restoring the body with the breath, aligning the physical and mental practices of gentle movement and stillness. Students will hold postures to offer a deep release for the muscles.
This class will bring ease into the body and mind and prepare you for your week.
This class is part of the BDY membership and anyone may drop in for $14.
