Hot Yoga in the Hot House

Just like the name implies – this class will be hot! In the warmth of the greenhouse the body can work up a sweat, releasing impurities and tension. The heat also allows for an increased range of motion and joints to open a little more. Sweat it out in this special all-levels hot yoga flow class in the greenhouse of Terre Fate Native Plant Nursery at 2202 Madison Avenue in Huntington. Cooling apres-yoga refreshments with locally grown garnishes will be provided as giving you time to peruse the greenhouse and nurseries for hard-to-find native plants and tropicals.
Some mats will be available. It’s recommended to BYO towel and water.
