The Sound Circle with Lindy Hoeft

Led by Lindy Hoeft, Sound Circle is a community embodied-sound experience where movement, breath, mantra, and music come together in shared practice.
Through vocal toning, sacred chants, harmonium, drum, and devotional song, you’re invited to explore your voice as a pathway to presence, connection, and joy.
No experience needed, just a willingness to listen, sound, and be part of something deeply restorative.
October 24th, 2-4pm at 947 Main Street in the village of Barboursville (home of Jenn Brooks Yoga and the yoga sanctuary).
